Portfolios consist of a report on the success of your HR strategy and supporting documents. The report should specifically explain how you met your initial goals or consider the reasons these were not achieved. It should not be an account of all of your quarterly decisions but should focus on highlights and key learnings. It should be accompanied by planning logs completed over the course of the simulation. The report should be no longer than 1800 words (excluding references and supporting documentation).
Use of visuals to show trends of key indicators over time, especially one that charts more than one indicator but be sure to discuss their relationship in the text.
